BOOKING AN APPOINTMENTS NEW CLIENTS When booking an appointment a $60 deposit is needed to secure your appointment through Venmo / cashapp @lashesbytrang or zelle @6027375225. All deposits are non-refundable and transferable one time only if rescheduled within 24 hours at least 3 days before. ​ Please be sure to complete consent forms below for your services For brows / lips ​ PAYMENT METHODS Credit/Debit card (5% fee) Cash Preferred Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay LATE POLICY Please arrive on time to your appointment to ensure enough time for the service. Please message me if you will be arriving late. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will be considered a no show and will be automatically be subject to a 100% service charge. CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS Cancellations can be made 72 hours prior to the appointment time. Cancellations less than 72 hours before the appointment time is subject to a $60 fee. No-shows and cancellation less than 24 hours are subject to a 100% service charge. RESCHEDULING Please reschedule within 24 hours 3 days before your appointment. A reschedule and deposit transfer to your new appointment is allowed only once. Reschedule made less than 3 days, a new deposit will need to be made. TOUCH UPS Touch up appointments are for existing clients ONLY. If you have previous work by another artist your first session will be considered a cover up/color correction.
